Shipping is offered with multiple options where we are able to do so ( typically regular shipping, express, and eco offset ).

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but the following is the general guideline. This is not a guarantee and times may vary.

● USA: 3–10 business days
● Canada: 4–14 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Europe & Japan: 6–14 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Delivery Confirmation:

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information. Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address are not subject to refund claim. Make sure your address is correct!

If your order has the correct information but is lost in shipping, please contact us and we will review the case. Upon review, orders deemed lost in shipping will be replaced.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
The only instances in which returns are offered to customers is in the event that incorrect items or damaged items were received. If you’ve received incorrect or damaged items, to help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery with the following;

– photos of the damaged product
– your order number
– and any other details you may have about your order

We’ll review your request and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
